superglue covers the entire Sage Intacct implementation lifecycle

superglue knows every common migration to Sage Intacct

You stay in control of the client's systems

Every write waits for you

The agent reads the client systems freely. It writes only after you approve the change.

Sandbox first

Configuration and loads run in a sandbox, and production repeats what you tested there.

No AI at run time

Loads and syncs run as saved tools, so they give the same result every time.

A trail the client can audit

Every run is recorded with its input, each step's result and its output.

8 tools and a Sage Intacct playbook

The default connector library is one-way and read-only. Nothing is installed inside Sage Intacct. superglue can build additional tools for other Sage objects and reviewed write operations when your use case requires them.

List chart of accounts

Returns up to 200 GL accounts per run by default, with status and account type.

List customers

Reads customer master records from accounts receivable.

List vendors

Reads vendor master records from accounts payable.

List journal entries

Reads GL entries with account, transaction type, amount, and entry date.

List invoices

Reads AR invoices with customer, total due, creation date, and state.

List bills

Reads AP bills with vendor, total due, creation date, and state.

List departments

Reads department dimensions with ID, name, and status.

Query any Sage Intacct object

Queries other supported XML Web Services objects with an optional Intacct filter, up to 1,000 records.

Configuration

  • Sage Intacct Company ID
  • Web Services user ID and password
  • Optional Location/Entity ID

The Sage Web Services Sender credentials are supplied by superglue and are not requested on this page.

Ready after setup

One click creates the system template, tool library, and native implementation playbook. Add the customer configuration and run a read-only connection test.

Mutual-customer support is available through support@superglue.ai, Monday–Friday, 09:00–21:00 CET.

Frequently asked questions

How does superglue work with our consultants?

superglue works alongside your team. The agent takes on the repetitive work, such as reading documents, drafting, mapping, loading and reconciling. Your consultants keep the client relationship and the decisions, and they approve every change to a client system.

Can we use our own implementation method?

Yes. Write your firm's method as a playbook, and every consultant and every session follows it. The documents the agent produces carry your firm's branding.

Which systems can we migrate from into Sage Intacct?

Common sources are QuickBooks, Sage 50, Sage 100 and Sage 200, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Xero and spreadsheets. The agent also reads Excel, CSV and XML exports and most systems with an API or a database.

Is client data safe?

superglue holds a SOC 2 Type 2 report and works under GDPR. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256. On the Enterprise plan, superglue can run on your own infrastructure.

How do we start?

Start with one live Sage Intacct project. Connect the client's systems, give the agent the statement of work, and run the first steps together with us.
